Excercise is a big part of the raw food lifestyle.

  • Excercise helps the body to move out toxins and increase circulation.
  • Excercise causes our bodies to release feel good chemicals.
  • Weight bearing excercise is a major factor in having strong bones.
  • Excercise also really FEELS GOOD and makes us LOOK GOOD!
Try to get at least 30 minutes of excercise each day.  Do something you enjoy whether it's swimming, running, hiking, yoga, dancing or just walking in your neighborhood!  Get your family involved and mix it up and have some fun with it!

My favorite thing to do is DDR!  Dance Dance Revolution!  It is so much fun and can be quite challenging too!  I try to do about an hour a day on average.
